**Full job description**

**Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **first class boiler **operator to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of Food Industry.

The primary duties include monitoring the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems. Operators are expected to regularly inspect equipment, monitor temperature and pressure readings, conduct routine cleaning, and ensure that systems are operating efficiently and safely. In emergency situations, the Boiler Operator must promptly resolve issues to prevent operational disruptions or safety hazards.

**Duties**

Specific duties of a Boiler Operator usually encompass the following:

- Maintaining and repairing boiler equipment and all associated components.
- Regularly testing boiler water and making necessary adjustments to chemicals to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits.
- Keeping detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with state and local safety regulations and guidelines.
- Training and overseeing subordinates in proper operation, safety protocols, and maintenance work.
- Managing the fuel inventory and other consumables necessary for boiler operation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Valid 1st Class Boiler Operator** certification from a recognized authority.
- Proven working experience as a 1st Class Boiler Operator with hands-on experience operating boilers.
- Min 5 Year experience in within a thermal power plant with in depth knowledge of control circuits
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
