**Job Overview**:
**Position**: Junior Baker

**Location**: Multiple Locations (Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Mumbai)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 0.5 - 1 year in Bakery Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in producing bakery items, ensuring consistency and quality

Operate bakery equipment under supervision and ensure proper maintenance

Follow standardized recipes and instructions precisely

Handle hot or hazardous baking items with care and caution

Participate in daily inventory counts and report stock levels

Package and store bakery products correctly

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all baking areas

Attend daily production meetings and execute assigned tasks on time

Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently

Support mise en place planning and execution

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Diploma in Bakery (mandatory)

**Training**: Industrial training required; on-the-job bakery training preferred

**Experience**: 0.5 - 1 year of practical bakery experience

Understanding of **Metric and Imperial measurement systems**

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision

Comfortable working in **hot and humid** kitchen environments

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Intermediate understanding of bakery operations and mise en place techniques

Good verbal and written communication skills
