Create and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for authorized users. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present complex data in a user-friendly manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop tailored MIS solutions that meet organizational needs. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize MIS tools and resources. Monitor and troubleshoot MIS issues, working with IT and other relevant departments to resolve problems in a timely manner. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in MIS, incorporating new technologies and strategies as appropriate. Regularly review and optimize MIS processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Prepare and present regular reports on MIS performance, providing recommendations for improvement as needed **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift
