**Shift/Off**: Night Shift (Work from Office)
**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000 + Attractive Incentives

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and planning their ideal travel itineraries.
- Proficient in any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).
- Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, date changes, schedule changes, and refunds.
- Manage PPC calls effectively to convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate and customize travel plans as per client needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of guest details and travel information.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve trip-related issues.
- Keep a strong follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate with airlines and handle customer interactions assertively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in the **US Voice Process (Inbound Travel Sales)**.
- Excellent knowledge of geography, including city codes, airports, and train stations.
- Proficiency in travel sales processes and experience with international travel.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in English).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
