**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and original Malayalam content for a variety of platforms - digital, print, social media, advertisements, scripts, blogs, and corporate communications.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand tone, voice, and objectives.
- Translate concepts and ideas into compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure high editorial standards.
- Stay updated with Malayalam language trends, regional idioms, and evolving usage to maintain content freshness.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy development.
- Adapt and localize content from English to Malayalam when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Malayalam Literature, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in an agency or branding/marketing environment.
- Strong command of written Malayalam with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to write in different tones and formats (formal, casual, promotional, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
