**Job Title**: LLM SAP ABAP Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **specialized SAP ABAP training sessions**, covering both **functional and technical perspectives**.
- Develop and maintain **comprehensive training materials** on **LLM methodologies**, including **Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)**.
- Work closely with **curriculum designers and technical teams** to create engaging, up-to-date learning content.
- Provide **hands-on mentoring and coaching**, integrating **real-world SAP ABAP scenarios** with **AI training techniques**.
- Assess **learner progress**, provide **detailed feedback**, and recommend **personalized improvement strategies**.
- Assist in **troubleshooting and optimizing** learning methodologies to enhance overall training effectiveness.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3+ years** of experience in **SAP architecture, implementation, and ABAP programming** (mandatory).
- **AI/ML Expertise**: At least **2 years of experience** in **Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or LLM methodologies** (mandatory).
- **Training Skills**: Strong **training and facilitation abilities**, capable of explaining **complex technical concepts effectively**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills in **English** for developing structured **training documentation**.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to **evaluate and refine** learning strategies to **optimize training effectiveness**.
- **Collaborative Mindset**: Comfortable working with **cross-functional teams** to align content with **industry standards** and **business needs**.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,100,000.00 per year
