**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the architectural team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and municipal codes.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishing in line with design intent.
- Manage site documentation, including work logs, material records, and inspection checklists.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with the design team.
- Conduct regular site meetings and ensure communication flow between stakeholders.
- Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in architectural projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.
- Willing to travel to project sites in and around Nagpur.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage timelines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local contractors and vendors is an added advantage.
