We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing the efficient movement of goods across our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective operations, and the coordination of transportation, inventory, and documentation. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**: Organize and schedule shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements. Monitor all shipments and keep stakeholders informed on their progress.
- **Transportation Management**: Coordinate with third-party carriers to arrange transportation for goods and materials. Ensure proper routing and optimize shipping schedules for cost efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock. Update inventory systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and international trade laws.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies. Resolve these issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, address concerns, and resolve any issues related
- to logistics and deliveries.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and any issues or delays. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required and bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of transportation methods, customs regulations, and import/export processes.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
