**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients for selling online courses
- Provide information about the courses, address inquiries, and close sales
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet monthly sales targets and work towards achieving them
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering quality support

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Educational Qualification: Degree/ MBA
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Language Requirements: English, Malayalam

**Key Skills**:

- Online-based course selling experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

**Work Details**:

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (plus incentives)
- Work Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Job Type: Full Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
