Position - Mould Changer experience - 1-2 Years Qualification - Diploma/Degree(Mechanical) Location - Talegaon Dhamdhere specific condition: Experience in Stores inventory management & SAP software. Task/Activity: 1) As per plan given mould load & unloading. 2) Responsible 5S & Kaizen keeping, daily production report updating in hourly basis. 3 Responsible for batch wise material loading as well as material mixing. 4) Keeping the record of daily production part weight machine wise. 5 Responsible for semi-finished material transfer to store. 6) Keeping the record of single minute exchange of Die (SMED) check sheet & mould verification check list. 7) Responsible for semi finish material counting & labeling. 8) Responsible and Keep the record of shift wise rejection and lumps weight on daily basis.. 9) Keeping machine cleaning and 5S maintain on All IMM as well as tools arrangement.
