Social Media Representative

Ontogen Digital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Representative to join our growing team. As a Social Media Representative, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, engaging with our audience across various social media platforms and representing our brand with finesse and professionalism. Your proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, anchoring and hosting abilities, knowledge about social media platforms, and awareness of emerging trends will be key assets in effectively promoting our brand and building strong connections with our online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Engagement: Proactively monitor and engage with our audience on different social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and shareable posts, videos, and graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

3. Hosting Live Sessions: Showcase your anchoring and hosting skills by leading live sessions, Q&A sessions, interviews, and other interactive events on social media platforms to increase audience engagement.

4. Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative ideas into our social media strategies.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of posts, campaigns, and overall engagement, and provide insightful reports to help optimize future content and strategies.

6. Community Management: Nurture a positive and vibrant online community by fostering meaningful conversations, addressing concerns, and celebrating our followers' achievements.

7. Social Media Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand objectives and contribute to the overall marketing goals.

8. Brand Advocacy: Champion our brand's values and vision through engaging storytelling and advocacy on social media, strengthening our online reputation.

9. Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our social media efforts.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with our audience.
- Strong anchoring and hosting abilities to lead engaging live sessions and events.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Awareness of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Creativity and an eye for design to contribute innovative ideas for engaging content.
- Analytical mindset to measure and analyze social media performance and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during live events and campaigns.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead in the digital space.
- Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
