**Required Skills**:

- Java with spring boot
- Strong experience on design and microservices architecture
- AWS Devops exposure
- Postgress or any SQL
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
- Designing and implementing N-tier solutions.
- Hands on experience on UNIX
- Good communication skills.
- A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
- A natural curiosity for new scripting languages, frameworks and technologies
- High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc.)

**Nice to Have Skills**:

- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Azure/AWS
- Work experience in commercial real estate services and investment industry preferable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform coding, peer reviews, bug verification, unit testing and integration testing.
- Working with DevOps team to manage environments and release quality solutions.
- Develop enterprise coding standards and drive process improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues as needed and provide optimal solutions.
