**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Assist in measuring and quantifying materials and labor.
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to track expenses.
- Support contract administration and procurement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
