**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Record all financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements, analytical reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in preparing data and filing of tax returns.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee and manage inventory levels.
- Perform regular stock counts and audits.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
- Manage, record & control stock movements.
- **Microsoft Excel**:

- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for accounting and inventory purposes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel.
- Utilize Excel functions to streamline accounting and inventory processes.
- **Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Update and manage the general ledger and other accounts, calculations etc.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of GST and other tax regulations in India.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime or Tally recent versions.
