**Job Summary**:
This position supports the Production Lead in the management of the metal production to achieve the established section objectives / KPIs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate power stamping press, FOS assembly machines according to SOI.
- Draw raw material (aluminum, buttons, liner) and lubricants from warehouse and store in the designated area with identification / label.
- Prepare shells Identify sticker, Package labels according to SOI.
- Perform line clearance, start-up verification and routine self-checks according to SOI. Operate Data metabarcoding to SOI
- Stage shells assembled FOS / seals at designated area; maintain the interiority and traceability of the lots according to SOI. Dispose the aluminum stamp webs.
- Record Batch card, production and quality data and comply to GDP as required by the company.
- Ensure that all operations in your area of responsibilities are complied with GMP ISO 9001,ISO 15378 etc

**Lean**: Support and contribute actively in Lean sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

**Education**:
Diploma / NITEC / ITI

Diploma will be preferred. 1-3 year hands-on working experience in metal stamping industry or pharmaceutical / medical devices

**Work Experience**:
1-3 years

Hands-on working experience in Injection molding

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Must possess an acute attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, i.e. use a mouse/keyboard.
- General use of computer work station and ability to use SAP commands is preferred
- Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities
- Must be able to train and guide others as required.
- Must be able to read and write in English

**License and Certifications**:
**Travel Requirements**:

- 5%: Up to 13 business days per year**Physical Requirements**:

- Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.**Additional Requirements**:

- Able to perform shift work
- Must be a team player
