**Primary responsibility**
Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food and beverage service to the guests by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards.
Ensure that the beverages prepared and served in the assigned area are according to standard recipes and of excellent quality.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the services.
Any matter which may affect the interests of TEHPL should be brought to the attention of the Management.
**Operational Management**
- Must adhere to instructions given by Manager and Management.
- Responsible for set up of all operating equipment and ensure to inspectlinen, and condiments before the service.
- Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
- Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from theguest table and re-set the table for the next arrival
- Ensure to take guest orders, advice guests on specials menu options.
- Responsible for an assigned section /area.
- Responsible in maintaining reports assigned to them submitting them asper required timeline.
- Ensure to be familiar with the property layout, fire exits and elevatorlocations.
- Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspiciouspersons to the ARM/RM.
- Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum.
- To serve the guest and be able to assist seniors.
- Assist the Executive at Service and do the business of the stations.
- Cleans and re-lays the tables in between courses.
- Responsible for food pick up, CCG and maintaining Linen inventory.
- Ensuring that all Food and Drinks are picked up as per the StandardSpecification.
- Cleans and set up the restaurant before the operation begins and doesproper closing in tandem with the Executive or closing Manager.People Management
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.Financial Management
- Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
- Assist the Assistant Manager -Food & Beverage to prepare and submit in the required format all information necessary for budgeting timeously and accurately.
- Preferably a Hotel Management Graduate
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the similar role
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar set up or a luxury 5-star hotel
- Within 23 years to 28 Years
- High social responsibility & Integrity
- Compliance to policies, rules and regulations
- High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individual contributor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Must be able to develop solutions based on patterns observed anddocument it.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
