Site Foreman

**Job Title**: Foreman

**Location**: Ananta Aspire Project Site
**Experience Required**: 4+ Years

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of work
- Manage and allocate tasks to labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor material usage, site cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Read and interpret drawings and execute work as per project plans
- Maintain daily work progress reports and share updates with the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Ensure quality control at each stage of execution
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns timely

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in residential/commercial real estate projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to manage workforce and handle site coordination independently
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
