Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and copywriters, fostering a culture of

collaboration and excellence.
- UI/UX Design: Oversee the design of user interfaces for the Zouk website and mobile app, ensuring a

seamless user experience.
- Brand Identity: Develop and refine the brand’s visual identity, including logos, packaging, and campaign

visuals.
- Social Media: Create visually compelling content for Zouk’s social media channels, maintaining brand

consistency.
- Campaign Design: Lead the conceptualization and execution of festive campaigns that resonate with

consumers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling

across touchpoints.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure adherence to Zouk’s brand guidelines across all platforms and assets.
- Innovation: Independently conceptualize new design directions and visual strategies to elevate brand

recognition.
- Marketplace Store Design: Design and optimize pages for Zouk's stores on leading marketplaces like

Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

- Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, with experience in D2C, FMCG, or creative agencies working on

tools. Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom is a bonus.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects in UI/UX, branding, packaging, and campaign

design.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading creative teams, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Creativity: Ability to independently develop and execute innovative design directions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional

teams.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for building a global brand from India, with a consumer-first mindset.
