**Position**: MIS Executive (Female)

**Department**: Management Information Systems (MIS)

**Location**: Head Office -New Delhi

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Management & Reporting**:
Collect, analyze, and manage sales data across branches & plants and prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance, branch-wise sales, and other KPIs.

Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data in the MIS system.

**Branch Coordination**:
Act as the point of contact for branches to ensure proper data flow and resolve data discrepancies.

Coordinate with branch managers to gather sales figures, inventory details, and operational updates.

Provide training and support to branch personnel on MIS-related processes.

**Process Automation & Optimization**

Identify gaps in the data management process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Automate recurring reports and tasks using advanced Excel functions, ERP tools, or other relevant software.

**Inventory & Logistics Support**

Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to reconcile stock movement data.

Generate reports to track inventory levels and dispatch details across branches.

**Database Management**

Maintain and update the MIS database to ensure all records are up-to-date and secure.

Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.

**Sales Analysis**

Analyze sales trends, regional performance, and product-specific sales patterns to provide actionable insights.

Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting future sales.

**Compliance & Documentation**

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling and reporting.

Maintain proper documentation of reports and correspondence with branches.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with proficiency in excel.

**Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficient in MS office: (Presentations, Dashboard..etc)

Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Oracle).

Proficiency in database tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and generate insights.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate effectively with branch & Plant teams and management.

**Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in data management and reporting.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues proactively.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
