This is **WORK FROM OFFICE**Role with the work location being at Whitefield, Bangalore.

We are a 'Reference-Only' financial coaching practice managing over 160 Crores in AUM across various asset classes. Our company is looking for knowledgeable & responsible finance executives to join our team who will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Your Roles & Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions (inflows & Outflows) of the business.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax returns along with conducting month-end and year-end closures.
- Maintaining and organizing financial documents, bills and receipts for preparing GST invoices, documents, and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information with internal and external stakeholders
- Filing GST Returns, Advance Taxes, and TDS within the required timelines.
- Prepare & Maintain the assets & liabilities of the business and secure financial information by completing database backups.

**Qualities and Skillsets we are looking for**:

- English fluency (written and oral) is required.
- Zeal towards Operational Excellence, Process Improvement & Simplifications
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills to produce error-free accounting reports
- Highly organized with good time management skills to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a fine eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently without much supervision.

**What You Can Expect**:

- **Work-Life Balance**: With Fixed Shifts from 9:30am to 6:30pm provided you complete your work
- **No Deductions**: The salary discussed will have no deductions except standard tax deductions
- **Nature of the Job**: This is a desk job with NO Fieldwork or Telecalling.
