To perform mechanical maintenance, fitting, and assembly of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations in the production and utility areas, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly of machines and plant equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
- Assist in the installation, dismantling, and shifting of machines as required.
- Ensure proper lubrication, tightening, and condition monitoring of mechanical components.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
- Follow SOPs, maintenance schedules, and GMP documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols during maintenance work.
- Support audits and validations by ensuring equipment readiness and documentation compliance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ITI / NCVT in Fitter Trade
- 1-3 years of experience as a Fitter in a **pharmaceutical or manufacturing plant**:

- Good knowledge of mechanical equipment such as mixers, blenders, reactors, pumps, etc.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and safety procedures
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
