**Urgent requirement for the E-Commerce executive profile.**

**Location**: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi

**Salary**:Upto 15,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage E-commerce Platforms**:

- Oversee the company’s presence on various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
- Ensure product listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, images, and competitive pricing.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with inventory teams to track stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Monitor inventory turnover and sales trends.
- **Order Processing & Customer Service**:

- Process customer orders, including packaging, shipment tracking, and managing returns and exchanges.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through multiple communication channels.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for products.
- Implement strategies to increase online sales and improve product visibility.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports to track performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and competitor activities.
- Research market trends to identify new products and business opportunities.
- **SEO & Content Optimization**:

- Ensure all listings are optimized for search engines to improve organic traffic.
- Assist in creating and editing engaging product descriptions, images, and other content.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with the logistics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce or online retail management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
