**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Counselling Executive with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Excel to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while also managing data and assisting with counseling tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Offer counselling and support to customers facing various challenges or seeking guidance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions using MS Excel.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with the counselling team to ensure seamless support for clients.
- Assist in scheduling counselling sessions and managing appointments.
- Prepare reports, charts, and presentations using MS Excel for data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service and counselling roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, data analysis, and creating spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and the ability to provide emotional support to clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification or training in counselling or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software or customer support tools.
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools or software.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
