1. **Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety and security of the hostel residents at all times. Implement strict entry and exit procedures, monitor visitors, and ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked during the night.

2. **Regular Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to rules and regulations. Address any maintenance issues promptly.

3. **Enforcement of Rules**: Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently. Clearly communicate these rules to the residents and ensure they understand the consequences of any violations.

4. **Resident Welfare**: Be approachable and supportive to the residents. Address their concerns and provide guidance when needed. Maintain a positive and respectful environment within the hostel.

5. **Emergency Response**: Establish procedures for handling emergencies such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or security threats. Conduct drills to ensure that residents know what to do in case of an emergency.

6. **Conflict Resolution**: Mediate conflicts between residents and encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Address any instances of bullying, harassment, or discrimination promptly and firmly.

7. **Supervision of Staff**: Supervise the hostel staff including cleaners, cooks, and security personnel. Ensure that they perform their duties efficiently and professionally.

8. **Collaboration with Authorities**: Maintain communication with relevant authorities such as the school or college administration, local law enforcement, and healthcare providers. Collaborate with them as needed to address issues affecting the hostel.

9. **Health and Hygiene**: Promote good hygiene practices among the residents. Ensure that facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens are clean and well-maintained.

10. **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of hostel residents, staff, and any incidents or complaints. Keep track of maintenance schedules, inventory, and expenses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
