**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Within Infrastructure Platforms (IP), the** Identity Access Management (IAM) - Technology Risk & Controls **team is responsible for partnering and closely working with technology and business partners to ensure operational controls are carried out according to internal policy, process and regulatory requirements, and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency. This is accomplished through strong information risk governance, active collaboration with business risk managers, and providing high quality security solutions and services which enable improving the organization's overall risk posture. Specifically, this role supports these efforts by acting as a liaison with IAM Product and Operate Teams and internal / external audit and risk teams.

As an** IAM Technology Risk & Controls Team** member, your initiative and creative problem-solving will help propel global innovation in technology and business. Working with a team of motivated collaborators, you'll develop and implement strategic technology solutions, play a key role in the care and support of customers, including proactive issue and risk monitoring and resolution planning. In addition to valuable on-the-job experience, you'll receive coaching, mentorship and a host of other development opportunities to advance your career at the firm and beyond.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience within Identity and Access Management.
- 5+ years of Information security policies/Practices; Incumbent should have prior experience in the industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective.
- Knowledge of IT risk management frameworks/concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Identity Access Management controls, principles, methods and regulatory related obligations preferred.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and systems such as: account life cycle management, provisioning of access, certification of access, etc.
- Advanced infrastructure project, operations systems and data analytics knowledge.
- Ability to review and understand system queries.
- Capable of generating executive level reports and presentations; comfortable with presenting to Auditors, senior leadership and all other levels of management
- Understanding of technology offerings and businesses supported.
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and deliver strategic solutions to clients.
- Genuine interest in continuous feedback, learning and growth opportunities.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex projects and produce metrics for Senior Level Reporting.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate and make presentation on audit information requests, results and/ or potential findings.
- Detail oriented, organized and coordinate multiple tasks while producing quality documentation in short timeframes to ensure that business priorities are observed.
- Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency is required.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access and Visio).
- Knowledge in defining/ implementing business process and supporting documentation such as Standard Operational Procedures.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Information Technology experience in a large enterprise environment is a plus.
