- Must have understanding & support experience on JEE & Enterprise Technologies, Web, API
- Must have experience in supporting Microservice, API, SOA distributed systems
- Must have good understanding of WebLogic server & Kafka
- Must have technical skills and tools knowledge: ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk & CloudWatch
- Excellent SQL skills in writing complex queries to extract data from the database as per user requirement
- Previous experience of working in Banking domain
- Work with a team of Application support team working on 24/7 shift rotation environment
- Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes with good exposure to troubleshooting and not just coordination.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Contributes strategic insight and provides feedback on a wide range of ideas for production stability
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and create a collaborative climate
- Curious mindset and self-starter attitude. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- ITIL Foundation certification perferred
