**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive (Receptionist)
**Location**: Vrindavan
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000/month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for school staff and management.
- Handle student admissions-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a school is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
- Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
