- Prepare and process invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, letters of credit, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export-import policies.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions, banking procedures, and LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.
- Maintain and update records of shipments, contracts, and client communications.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor logistics, shipping costs, and negotiate freight rates for cost-effective operations.
- Assist in market research for new business opportunities and international client outreach.
- Stay updated on global trade trends, currency fluctuations, and government trade policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
