**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and delivery logistics.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, assisting in sales data analysis.
- Support sales team members in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
- A team player with a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
