**Job Title: Sales MIS Executive - South Language Expert**

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, consolidate, and maintain sales data from multiple sources to provide accurate and timely reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the South Zone sales team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales executives to understand and report their activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights on sales trends, customer segmentation, and product performance specific to the South Zone.
- Track and report sales executive activities, including route plans, visits, and sales performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and cleansing processes.
- Assist management in sales forecasting and territory analysis.
- Communicate sales performance reports to sales groups, particularly focusing on South India markets.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders in South Indian languages to ensure smooth data coordination and reporting.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Google Analytics
- PowerPoint for reporting
- Field Sense or similar tools for tracking sales executive activities
- Microsoft Office suite

**Desired Profile**:

- Proficiency in multiple South Indian languages (such as **Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam**).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in conveying data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, MIS, or data analysis roles is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with sales teams and understanding their data/reporting needs.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Full day working on Saturday)

**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
