**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to lead outreach, partnerships, and admissions growth. The BDM will be responsible for building relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions, conducting orientation sessions, and driving student enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve admission targets
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and other institutions
- Conduct and oversee orientation classes and awareness programs for students
- Lead and mentor the BDE team for outreach activities
- Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional events
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
