**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of office essentials.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
**Administrative Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
**Employee Support**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating induction programs.
- Address employee queries related to office administration.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff.
**Compliance and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain records of office expenses, invoices, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits if required.
- Update and manage internal databases and filing systems.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as service providers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Act as a point of contact between departments for administrative tasks.
- Ensure effective communication within the office through notices and updates.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
