Executive - Accounting & Finance

**What Are We Looking For?**
**What You Will Be Responsible For**:
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliation, payment collection, and reconcile sundry debtors and creditors.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare monthly GST returns and handle all sales tax and income tax matters.
- **Payroll Processing**: Prepare salary statements, manage PF accounts, calculate worker salaries, and handle daily wages.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in the finalization of accounts, prepare statements of accounts, and analyze financial data (debtors controls, buffer accounts, balance sheet, consumption charts, trial balance, etc.).
- **Operations**: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including petty cash management and banking operations (cheque issuance, cash deposits, NEFT, RTGS).
- **Administrative**: Utilize basic office equipment and maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
- **Adaptability**: Complete additional tasks as assigned.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with Tally
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Tally software
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CA dropout or Diploma/Degree in Accounting Management
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards
