About the job DGM - Performance Marketing

**Role Summary**:
To originate, develop, implement, track, measure and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.

**Key Result Areas**:

- Responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring and analyzing user acquisition campaigns
- Evaluate key performance metrics and optimize to achieve ROI & growth targets
- Independently manage budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media plans efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance
- Build, scale and iterate on the referral program on the platform
- Lead efforts on App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to continually drive and improve app ranking and conversion
- Work closely with the Marketing Design team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance

- In depth understanding and proven expertise with Facebook ads. Good understanding of Google Ads for mobile (UAC). Additional platforms a big plus (e.g. Twitter, Snapchat, ad networks)
- Previous budgeting and budget spending responsibilities for ROI based user acquisition campaigns
- Good understanding of main mobile marketing tech especially attribution, conversion tracking, programmatic advertising etc.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent sense of accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and proactive
- Experience with ecommerce would be preferred Coordinate with Internal External
