We are currently looking for a skilled **MEP BIM Modeler** to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage **MEP BIM models** using **Revit**.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate coordination.
Interpret project specifications and produce detailed **MEP layouts**.
Conduct **clash detection** and resolve conflicts within models.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and industry best practices.
Work closely with design and construction teams to optimize **MEP workflows**.

**Requirements**:
Minimum **2 years of experience** as an **MEP BIM Modeler**.
**Proficiency in Revit** with hands-on experience in MEP modeling.
Strong understanding of **MEP systems**, BIM standards, and workflows.
Ability to coordinate with **structural and architectural teams**.
Detail-oriented with excellent **problem-solving** and **organizational skills**.
Effective **communication** and **team collaboration** skills.
