Expertise On
1. Model & Model Extracted Shop Drawings Checking
2. Model Coordination in Revit & ACC
3. Design Collaboration in ACC
4. Documents Management in ACC
5. Issues, RFI, Review process creation in ACC.
6. BEP in ACC.

Strong Coordination skills for interdisciplinary designs viz. Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscaping, Facade etc.

Hands on Knowledge of BIM, CAD softwares, 3D modeling,

Must have experience in a developer based company in a similar position for the last 3 to 5 years.

Should be able to draw out working stage details from concept / schematic drawings, ensuring design deliverables to the construction management team well in advance.

Developing sales plans, renderings, graphics, handover documents on completion to various stakeholders etc

Thorough knowledge of Material science of different materials, their behaviour and appropriate selection, optimising of designs for better value for money

Keeping up-to-date information with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design, ability to liaise with authorities

Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process, tender process to contract documentation and development of drawings at various stages of design GFC, shop drawings, as built drawings, inhouse approval / issual

Interpersonal skills, communication skills, hands on site experience

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
