**Job Description: LinkedIn Content Writer & Profile Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling, relevant, and professional LinkedIn posts aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn personal and company profiles, ensuring consistent and impactful branding.
- Develop content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Write thought leadership articles, short-form posts, and promotional content.
- Engage actively with followers, industry professionals, and target audiences through comments and direct messaging.
- Analyze content performance metrics to continually refine and enhance strategies.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms and best practices to maintain optimal visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn profiles, preferably for personal brands or B2B companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing ability, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices, analytics tools, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and align them with business goals.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management, specifically LinkedIn.
- Background in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or digital marketing.
- Experience in personal branding or working with business leaders, executives, or industry influencers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,480.18 - ₹34,160.18 per month
