**Reporting Officer: Chancellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as an Senior Administrator
- Taking care of all Growth of the University
- Handling the team of min. 60 officials
- Taking care of growth of Regular & ODL System
- Must have exposure of International & National Education Industry
- Liasioning with Govt. Depart. As and when required
- Correspondence for all official letters
- Planning of academic scheduling with Deans/HODs
- Knowledge of ERP & LMS
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chancellor.
- Lead the Student Support Services and Administration and deliverables within prescribed budget parameters.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of appropriate governance and accountability frameworks to ensure full regulatory compliance of DEB and UGC;
- Provide staff leadership engendering teamwork, collaboration and ongoing professional development.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and staffing of the team to ensure consistency with legislative requirements, quality standards, performance against goals and objectives,
- Actively participate in University growth and admissions & marketing process
- Close coordination with IT & ERP team for all data updating.
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Experience managing continuing and online academic programs
- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills a must
- Experience directly related to distance learning and/or instructional technology.
- Experience working with faculty in various disciplines and knowledge of higher education business operations.
- At least 5 years of higher education/online program management experience with at least 5 years of higher education program management experience preferred.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
