Art & Music Teacher

**Curriculum Development and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Teach a range of art techniques (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) or musical concepts (music theory, instrument instruction, vocal performance).
- Adapt lessons to suit students with varying skill levels and learning styles.
- **Classroom Management and Instruction**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of artistic techniques or musical concepts.
- Guide students in developing their skills and fostering a love for art or music.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate student work (projects, performances, assignments) and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Prepare students for assessments, exams, or performances.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and lead school performances, recitals, or art exhibitions.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art and music into the broader curriculum.
- May participate in school events, competitions, or field trips related to art or music.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in art and music education.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- May mentor other teachers or collaborate on curriculum development.
- **Resource Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of art supplies or musical instruments.
- May be responsible for ordering and managing resources.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
- Communicate effectively with other teachers and school staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
