CTC Salary Range - 2.4 L to 3.6 L

Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is in charge of managing office procedures and setting up systems to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the company professionally with a presentable appearance, courteous behavior, and strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrate basic tech proficiency to independently troubleshoot minor PC issues and resolve routine technical problems.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and operations.
- Oversee repair and maintenance activities (plumbing, electrical, etc) and coordinate with vendors for timely execution.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, basic networking, and firewall configurations.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for services such as AC, EPBX, pest control, etc.
- Maintain and update inventories of stationery, IT equipment, pantry supplies, and housekeeping materials.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and finalize procurement to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,769.37 - ₹34,893.33 per month

Work Location: In person
