**Job Summary**:
As a **Digital Marketing Executive**, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing online campaigns that drive business growth on a global scale. This role demands experience with **International Digital Marketing Strategies**, with a particular focus on managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for various International Markets.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**:Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences and refine ad strategies for different regions.
- **Content Coordination**:Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- **A/B Testing**:Implement A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to identify high-performing elements.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in Meta Ads and Google Ads for international audiences.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 1-2 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for international markets.
- **International Campaign Experience**: Strong hands-on experience with International Campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical abilities with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting tools.
- **Creativity & Problem-Solving**:Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and presenting insights.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
