**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contact new and existing customers to generate sales leads and close sales deals
- Conduct research on potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and industry trends
- Educate customers on Company's products/services and how they can benefit their business
- Identify and respond to customer questions and objections, and provide solutions to address them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent communication with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends, products/services, and competitors to stay competitive in the market
