- **Job Summary**:As a skilled Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our data visualization and analytics initiatives. Your main responsibilities will revolve around crafting captivating and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing the Power BI platform. You'll work closely with essential stakeholders, including data analysts, business representatives, and data engineers, to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive meaningful outcomes.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design captivating, user-centric reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing the Power BI toolset, ensuring the highest quality and visually appealing outputs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with data analysts and business stakeholders to grasp intricate data requirements, translate complex business needs into impactful visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations from diverse sources into Power BI, guaranteeing data precision, uniformity, and optimal performance.
- Build and sustain data models, relationships, measures, and calculations within Power BI, facilitating efficient data analysis.
- Monitor and enhance pre-existing Power BI reports and dashboards, recognizing areas for enhancement and implementing requisite changes.
- Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features and best practices, proactively proposing innovative solutions to augment data visualization capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to fine-tune data pipelines and ensure seamless data integration with Power BI.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for end-users, fostering self-service data exploration and the proficient use of Power BI.
- Identify and resolve technical glitches associated with Power BI reports, performance bottlenecks, and data connectivity.
- Sustain comprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions, encompassing data sources, transformations, report specifications, and user instructions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in developing interactive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Strong aptitude for translating complex business requirements into effective visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data modeling, relationships, measures, and calculations within Power BI.
- Experience collaborating with data engineers for seamless data integration and optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and rectify technical issues related to Power BI.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with Power BI advancements and emerging best practices.
- Prior experience conducting training sessions or workshops for end-users is a plus.
