Music Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive music lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs and interests of students.
- Teach music theory, including notation, rhythm, harmony, and form, using a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
- Instruct students in the practical aspects of music, including playing instruments, vocal techniques, and ensemble performance.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, helping them develop their musical skills and reach their full potential.
- Organize and facilitate rehearsals, performances, recitals, and other musical events to showcase student achievements and promote a sense of community.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and performances, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and participate in school-wide music programs and initiatives.
- Stay current with developments in music education, teaching pedagogy, and music technology, incorporating innovative practices into instruction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to explore and express themselves through music.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in music education (if applicable).
- Proven experience teaching music to students of various ages and skill levels, preferably in a school or studio setting.
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument and/or vocal performance.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, music history, and music appreciation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
