**Key Responsibilities**:

- : Provide accurate information and resolution for user queries regarding the Luna ring in real-time.
- : Ensure timely resolution and proactive communication with users regarding their concerns.
- Adapt to different customer needs and adjust responses accordingly, ensuring a tailored experience.
- : Show understanding and patience, ensuring that users feel heard and valued.
- : Maintain a friendly and conversational tone while focusing on enriching the user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, operations and tech team to channel feedback and contribute to product improvement.

**Requirements**:

- : Comfortable working with tech products and online tools.
- Strong, clear, and friendly communication, as you’ll be serving primarily international users.
- : Experience in customer experience or community management is a plus.
- Must have a strong sense of discipline and the intent to learn and grow.
- : Cannot have any other commitments that conflict with this shift during the day.
