**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Maintain and update databases with relevant information, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement data validation procedures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Design and create dynamic dashboards and reports in Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Automate report generation processes using macros and other Excel automation tools.
- Utilize MS PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations for stakeholders, incorporating charts, graphs, and other visual elements to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and requirements**:
Bachelor's degree Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Excel (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist), data analysis, or business intelligence tools can be advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a data analysis or MIS capacity.

Ability to use advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Experience in generating graphs, pie charts, and identifying trends.

Competence in creating visual representations of data to communicate insights effectively.

Proficiency in creating professional presentations, including the use of advanced features and design elements.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Strong communication skills are also important for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
