**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Create and implement engaging social media campaigns across various platforms. Build and maintain a strong online community.
- **Website Management**: Oversee website development, content management, and optimization for user experience and conversions.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- **E-commerce Optimization**: Collaborate with the sales team to drive online sales through effective product listings, promotions, and merchandising.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities for growth.
- **Shopify Expertise**: Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
