Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Female)

Location: Adajan, Surat

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our supplier accounts on various online platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Based in Adajan, Surat, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, coordinating with suppliers, and driving sales growth across multiple e-commerce channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Account Management**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho platforms.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, and promotions in accordance with supplier agreements and platform guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including images, descriptions, and specifications.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Monitor and process incoming orders from various e-commerce channels in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped to customers on time.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Keep track of stock movements, including incoming shipments, returns, and adjustments.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Sales and Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics on a regular basis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and product assortment.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue across e-commerce channels.
- **Customer Service and Feedback Management**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints received through e-commerce platforms.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to suppliers.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Monitor product listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform requirements.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards for product listings and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in managing supplier accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Meesho Seller Panel.
- Knowledge of online retail trends, digital marketing techniques, and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in Gujarati is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
