**Position Title**: Trainee Monitoring Officer - CCTV Remote Monitoring
**Location**: Infopark Phase II, Kochi, Kerala

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Trainee Monitoring Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds across multiple client sites, ensuring security protocols are followed, and responding swiftly to potential incidents. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in security monitoring with one of India’s leading ITeS companies. SPGS will provide two months training with a stipend to develop you for the remote monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor real-time CCTV footage from multiple client locations to ensure site safety and security.
- Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity in alignment with client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate event logs and daily reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate incidents appropriately to client contacts or emergency services as per established escalation procedures.
- Enforce compliance with internal security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports; share video evidence when required for investigation purposes.
- Conduct regular system checks and report any technical issues promptly to the support team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data protection policies.

- Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to time-sensitive situations.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
