**RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Reconcile invoice to purchase orders and bill customer. - Enter the posting of sales voucher and stock journal. - Enter the posting of petty cash voucher - Preparing outstanding sundry creditors list. - Verifying vendor Bills & Making payment as per credit terms. - Preparing Credit Note, Debit Note. - Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily basis. - Maintain the general ledger operation & scrutinizing. - Preparing monthly payment status for order wise. - Preparing Daily expenses statement. - Collect, categorize, calculate, verify and enter date to maintain accurate records. - Assisted with the physical counting of monthly inventory. - Performed general ledger and bookkeeping work. - Follow up of day -wise GRN made against Material received. - weekly wages invoices checking and accounting for the preparation of payment Process. - Entry level of purchase bill ERP software & AP data. - Reconciliation of Supplier/customer ledger Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (required)
